i just turned 17 about 2 weeks ago and live in toronto canada. im pretty sure i have tartar. im currently under my step fathers dental plan but he nor my mother have the time to bring me to the dentist. i think i should just get one myself but i dont know what to do or how to do it.
How can i get a dental plan?
