I am originally from Germany and am not familar with the British health care system; I've got a new job recently and one of the benefits is a "free dental plan": what does it mean? Will it still be within the nhs system?

Reply:It is within nhs. But all it will get you is pus mouth and dentures. Go back to Germany where they still have decent dentists to get your work done.
