Look into Aetna Dental Access. It utilizes the Aetna PPO fee schedule which allows you to go to any in-network provider for this plan. You pay 100% of the Aetna PPO fee schedule which is definitely less than the full fee and this plan costs you around $100/year. Almost all other individual policies are HMO's which limit you quite a bit to who you can go to. Most HMO's are taken in clinic type of practices. While not all are bad, those are one's you want to stay away from.
